Gelagen Renew Core uses hydrolyzed type I and III collagen peptides from grass-fed bovine. Marine Collagen + C uses type I peptides from wild-caught fish. Both are hydrolyzed into low-molecular-weight peptides so they dissolve easily and can be absorbed by the body.
Collagen is a food-derived protein and is generally easy to combine with a daily multivitamin or other supplements. That said, always check with your physician or pharmacist first, especially if you take prescription medication or manage a medical condition. Our products are supplements, not substitutes for medical care.

All MyGelagen formulas are non-GMO and gluten-free. Marine Collagen + C contains fish; Gelagen Renew Core is bovine-derived. Hyaluronic Glow Complex and Biotin Hair & Nails are vegetarian. None contain artificial colors.
